Pricing FAQ
Do I get a free trial?
Every new device comes with a free month of Pro included on eligible plans. Your activation email and account settings show the exact date of your first charge — cancel any time before then and you won't be billed.
What's your refund policy?
For any refund, return, cancellation, replacement, or billing request, email team@listel.ai. No confirmation number is required — include the email address used for your Listel purchase if you can.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From the Listel app or app.listel.ai/account, click 'Manage subscription' to open your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period for monthly plans, and at term end for annual plans.
What if my device arrives damaged?
Email team@listel.ai within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately and arrange return of the original — no shipping fees on you.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Individual to Team, or move from Team to Enterprise as your needs grow. Reach out to team@listel.ai when you're ready.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
Individual plans include manual export. Team plans include standard CRM export. Custom CRM integrations like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite are scoped and quoted on Enterprise plans.
How does Team billing work?
Team is billed annually at $79/seat/month ($948/seat/year). You can add seats mid-contract anytime — Stripe charges a prorated amount and we send you new activation codes.
